How does an online consultation work?
Choose video or phone consultation, enter your details and preferred slot, and submit your UPI transaction reference. The clinic checks payment and confirms the appointment. If you provide an email, booking and confirmation messages are emailed to you; the confirmed video appointment includes a meeting link.
What are the consultation and follow-up fees?
The first consultation is ₹500 for hair, skin, women's health and general illness. Sexual-health consultations cost ₹1300. The listed follow-up fee is ₹300; check your follow-up plan and any medicine costs with the clinic before paying.
Are medicines delivered across India?
Medicines can be couriered anywhere in India with no courier charge. The clinic will confirm your address, dispatch arrangements and any medicine costs; arrival times depend on the destination.
How long does treatment usually take?
There is no guaranteed treatment duration or outcome. Your diagnosis, symptoms and other treatment affect the plan. A first follow-up may be discussed around three to four weeks, or earlier when needed. Do not postpone appropriate medical assessment while waiting for improvement.
Can I continue my other medicines?
Inform both doctors about all prescribed medicines, supplements and remedies. Do not stop or reduce prescribed medicine without advice from the prescribing doctor. Homeopathy should not replace evidence-based treatment or emergency medical care.
Which payment methods can I use?
